This is because the minimum bending radius of the hose should be taken into account in the design stage.2, according to the different hydraulic system, the working pressure of the hydraulic hose is also limited.When the pressure of the pump does not exceed 20MPa, the working pressure of the hose is 10MPa. That's a big number. Therefore, the higher the pressure, the longer the life of the hose, the longer the service life. The higher the pressure, the smaller the minimum bending radius of the rubber tube. Therefore, in the selection of tire pressure timing can not be ignored the working pressure of the hose should meet the following requirements:(1) The maximum pressure of the hydraulic hose should not exceed the normal working pressure of the hydraulic system;(2) Choose oil and pressure resistant rubber sealing materials as far as possible;(3) The service life of the hose can not exceed the design service life.3, due to the different pressure levels of the hose, its minimum bending radius will be different.But in general, the minimum bending radius we use should be greater than the specified standard. This rubber tube can also be classified according to pressure level. General rubber pipes can be divided into A, B, C, D, E, F and other five pressure levels. Among them, the E-grade rubber hose must be used in the range of 100-150MPa, while the D-grade rubber hose can be used in the range of 120-140MPa. Therefore, different pressure grades of rubber tubes, the minimum bending radius is not the same.
