Emergency repair of hydraulic hose

𒁃During the construction process, when the rubber hose of the construction machinery hydraulic system breaks, the following emergency repair methods can be adopted.

Adhibiting method

🐎When the pressure of the hydraulic system is between 25-8.0MPa, the rubber hose is broken, and the adhesive method can be adopted: wipe the hose around the broken place clean; Apply one of the "anaerobic" glue, "epoxy" glue, "801" glue or "502" glue to the hose rupture (the length of the glue is about 2-3 times the length of the rupture site); Wrap 4-5 layers (each layer should be coated with glue) with tape or canvas strip superposition; Tie the ends of the wrapping tape into knots; It can be used after 15-20 minutes of solidification.

Binding method

꧒The binding method is suitable for emergency repair of rubber hose with pressure below 16MPa. The specific method is: the hose rupture is coated with one of the above-mentioned commonly used rubber of construction machinery; Wrap 2-3 layers of oil-resistant rubber with a width 2-3 times the length of the broken part (each layer should be coated with glue); Use No. 12 iron wire to wrap the oil resistant rubber; Let it set.

bonesetting

🌃Due to the action of external forces (shrapnel breakdown, extrusion rupture) or system overload, the rubber hose rupture part is large or about to break, you can take the boning method: wipe the hose rupture and remove the rupture part; Insert the self-made steel "bone" into the cut hose (" bone "parts as shown in the attached picture, in case of special emergency, the steel pipe with the same outer diameter and the hose bone diameter can also be used as" bone "); Clamp the hose and "joint" with homemade steel plate clips (in case of special emergency, use No. 8 iron wire instead of homemade steel plate clips); Clean the connected hose before use.

Transposition method

🌼In the hydraulic system, the rubber hose of the same oil circuit has the same specifications, but the oil pressure is different. Most of the ruptured hoses are hoses that bear greater oil pressure. For example, in the two pipelines of the same specifications on the boom cylinder of the W4-60 excavator and ZL series loader, the oil pressure of the tubing connecting the large cavity of the boom cylinder is always larger. Therefore, the transposition method can be adopted: simple bonding or binding of the broken hose; The tubing of the boom cylinder large cavity and small cavity can be used interchangeably (that is, the unbroken tubing can withstand high pressure, and the damaged tubing can withstand low pressure after simple bonding or binding).

Reform law

💖Due to the differences in the joint of each rubber hose in the hydraulic system, at the same time, it is not appropriate to use the "bonding method", "binding method" or "boning method" for high-pressure or ultra-high-pressure cracked hoses. Therefore, the reform method can be adopted: sawing off the cracked hose joint; Find a replacement hose with similar bearing capacity and length to the broken hose, and saw off the joint; Weld the Angle of the ruptured hose joint to the replacement hose; Clean the welded hose before use.

Open-circuit method

🐻In the hydraulic system of construction machinery, some oil circuits play a role in protecting the safety of the system. Such as: W4-60 excavator, ZL series loader steering system from the main oil circuit through the relief valve to the oil tank; TY120 type bulldozer working device hydraulic system safety valve, overload valve, overflow valve and other oil lines. When the rubber hose in these oil lines is broken, it can be taken to break the method; Abandon the protection device in the oil circuit (such as "safety valve", etc.); The oil line leading to the ruptured hose is blocked and the oil line is disconnected. When taking the circuit breaker method, the system load should be controlled between 85% and 95% of the rated load.
