Hydraulic🌼 hose is widely used in all walks of life. In order to ensure its safety, it is necessary to test its durability. Simulate the instantaneous chan🔴ge or cycle change of the working pressure of the hydraulic soft assembly under the specified conditions of use, so as to detect its fatigue life.
The test method is as follows:
1) Per✅form a durability (pulse) test on the hose assembly within 30 days𝓰 of the assembled hose connector.
2) Calculate the free (exposed) length of the hose according to the formuꦛla.
3) ꦏThe hose aജssembly is connected to the test device, and the bending degree of the hose should meet the standard.
4) The selected test oil should mee💯t theไ requirements of the viscosity class ISOVG46, so that it can circulate in the hose assembly at a sufficient speed to maintain the same temperature.
5) Apply pulse pꦯressure to the inside of the ho🌠se assembly, and its frequency is 0.5Hz-1.3Hz, and record the frequency of the test.
6) The pressure cycle curve should be as close to the standard curve as possജible, and the pressure rise rate should be controlled between 100MPa/ S-350mpa 🉐/s.
7) Pulse test on the hose assembly, the pressure is 100%, 125%, 133% of the maximum working pressure of the hose assembly, and the test o𝕴il temperature is maintained at 100℃±3℃.
8) Determine the duration of the total pulse number of the pulse test,ꦍ according to the product standar💝d, the test can be carried out intermittently.
9) After completing the required total number of pulses, the hose assembly does not show failure phenomenon, then it is considered t𝐆hat the pulse test has passed.
